Playing Your Edge: The Tantric Path of Working with Emotions More than ever, we’re all living at our own personal and collective edge. We’re being asked, each in our own way, to walk a line of evolutionary growth, navigating change on a level that we may never have before. And this brings up emotions: fear as well as excitement, grief as well as deeper opportunities to love. This urban retreat is designed to help you explore that edge—to find a path to work with your own emotions, beliefs and thoughts as well as external situations, so that you can play the edge at this extraordinary time of transformative change. Based on the teachings of Kashmir Shaivism, and cutting edge transformative processes, it brings powerful tools to the table of your life. You’ll learn:
What it means to play the edge in your life
Work with difficult feelings such as frustration and disappointment, in order to find their gifts Process opposing feelings Recognize your own growth edge in this and every moment Explore the difference between the movement of ego and the demands of your authentic self in change situations. |
