Niseema's Biography

Niseema C. Nolte was born in Europe and has actively pursued painting as an art form since 1976. She moved from India to California in 1991 where she still lives. In Berkeley she took one semester of Drawing Lessons. Her painting "MASKS" has been published on the cover of the award-winning Art & Literary Journal "Milvia Street". In October 2000 she started to paint with Oil on either canvas or paper. Her paintings have been purchased by Private as well as Corporate Buyers/Collectors in the United States and Europe.

Several Shows are scheduled in California for 2002.

Some of her favorite painters are W.Turner, A.Macke, P.Klee, M.Tinguely and herself.

Niseema C. Nolte wurde in Europa geboren. 1991 zügelte sie von Indien
nach Kalifornien, wo sie seitdem lebt. In Berkeley nahm sie ein Semester
lang Zeichenunterricht. Ihr Bild "MASKS" (Masken) wurde auf dem
Farbumschlag des Journal für Kunst und Kultur "Milvia Street"
veröffentlicht. Seit Oktober 2000 malt sie Ölbilder auf Leinwand oder
Papier. Ihre Bilder werden in den USA und Europa sowohl von
Privatpersonen als auch von Firmen gekauft.

2002 hat sie zwei Ausstellungen in Kalifornien.

Einige ihrer bevorzugten Maler sind W.Turner, A.Macke, P.Klee und M.Tinguely.
